About The Position
Tutor Doctor of North Jersey is a renowned private tutoring company serving Northwest Bergen County and the surrounding area for over 15 years. We're passionate about helping students reach their full potential through personalized, one-on-one instruction. We're currently hiring dynamic, experienced Tutors to provide in-home tutoring to elementary, middle, high school, and/or college students in Ridgewood, NJ and nearby communities.
Requirements
- Strong subject-matter expertise in your area(s) of tutoring
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Willingness to travel within a 10–15 mile radius of Ridgewood, NJ
- A genuine passion for helping students succeed
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored to each student's learning style and needs
- Tutor students in-home, with convenient scheduling around your availability
- Track student progress and submit session reports after each visit
