About The Position
This is a Tutor position at Alamo Elementary, working 35 hours per week. The position is for the 26-27 School Year. Requirements
- All tutors must be “highly qualified” as defined by ESSA (a minimum of 60 college credits or successfully passing the ETS Paraprofessional Test).
Nice To Haves
- A degree in elementary education or experience working with children in an instructional setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide tutoring for individual and/or small groups of students in a pull out or inclusion program
- Assist in progress monitoring as instructed by the teacher, record the data and provide the data to the classroom teacher or supervisor
- Assist the classroom teachers in the organization of materials and lessons
