Essential Functions: Monitor and supervise middle and high school participants enrolled in the ETS Summer Enrichment Program during program hours and activities. Assist program instructors and staff with academic, recreational, and other enrichment activities. Support classroom management and help maintain student engagement during instructional sessions. Escort and supervise students during lunch, recreational activities, campus tours, and field trips. Help maintain a safe, respectful, and organized environment for all program participants. Assist with general program logistics and daily operations as needed. Physical Requirements: Job is physically comfortable; individual is normally seated and has discretion about walking, standing, etc. May occasionally lift very lightweight objects. Working Conditions: Standard working environment with possible minor inconveniences due to occasional noise, crowded working conditions and/or minor heating/cooling or ventilation problems. Near continuous use (>70% of the time) of a video display terminal. Work may include movement across campus and supervision of students in various campus spaces. Additional Position Information: Education: Requires high school diploma or GED Experience : Requires a minimum of 32 post-secondary hours with a 2.5 minimum GPA. Experience with first-generation, low-income students preferred. Compensation: The compensation for this position is $15.00 hourly.
