About The Position

Lionshead Precision Metals is seeking a qualified candidate to immediately make an impact as a Turret Setup Operator. Our Lathe department is equipped with high-quality machinery, including the Amada EMK 3610 NT CNC Punching Machine with an MP-1530 load/unload system (5’x10′) and the Trumpf 2020R CNC Punching Machine. Operators in this role are responsible for their own quality control, setups, and problem-solving. This position is ideal for individuals who can read blueprints and edit programs at the machine.

• Ability to sharpen tools
• Understand die clearance
• Perform general preventative maintenance on the machine
• Communicate well with Lionshead employees (written & oral)
• Read and comprehend routers, work instructions
• Accept and follow direction
• Work well in a team environment
• Work safely without endangering yourself or others at Lionshead
• Build a quality product that meets the customer's expectations
• Meet daily production standards
