About The Position

The Turnover Maintenance position assists with apartment turnover/make-ready processes and upkeep of the grounds, parking areas, and common spaces, ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained while delivering superior customer service to foster positive resident relationships. On-call and Weekend availability is required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, and community areas to identify and address safety hazards, liability concerns, and cleanliness issues, ensuring the property meets company standards.
Conduct unit inspections to verify move-in readiness and perform make-ready processes.
Perform apartment turn-related tasks as assigned.
Assist with preventative maintenance efforts to preserve the condition and longevity of the property.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial services, maintenance support, or property management is preferred.
