Your role, Your impact Lead the cost management process for turnkey tenders, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial aspects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost strategies that align with Alstom's mission and customer needs. Drive operational excellence by monitoring and optimizing project budgets and resources. Support the development and execution of strategic visions for the Airport Service Delivery Center (SDC). Foster a culture of safety, engagement, and continuous improvement within the team. You'll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and design — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As Turnkey Tenders Cost Manager, you will be at the heart of financial decision-making for transformative rail projects.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred).
Experience in cost management, financial analysis, or project management within transportation or related industries.
Strong leadership skills in managing multi-functional teams and driving change.
Ability to build customer value through sustainable relationships and innovative solutions.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
