This role is responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance operations, providing clerical support to the management team, and assisting with office procedures and scheduling. The Turnkey Coordinator will handle move-in/out keys and dates, manage scheduled vendors, process resident requests, and oversee Service Technicians with their service requests. This includes maintaining the proper order of requests and scheduling future work with residents. The position also involves completing the statement of deposit accounting on move-outs after assessing damages, assisting with supply orders, generating POs, and processing invoices for maintenance-related items. A key responsibility is pre-walking move-in units to ensure the highest standard and quality, scheduling vendors for turn units, and completing move-in inspections with new residents. The coordinator will take the lead in assisting residents with potential problems, support the administrative department with clerical duties, and provide call backs for quality of work assurance. Additional duties include processing work orders, organizing invoices, assisting admin staff with payroll, performing general office duties like answering phones and emails, sending notices, managing daily office operations, maintaining an organized work environment, facilitating communication between management and residents, and overseeing company administrative policies and procedures.
