About The Position
Join Conrad Orlando at Evermore, a celebrated opening of 2024, as a Turndown Attendant. This role is part of a luxury resort inspired by nature and fashioned for adventure, located on 1,100 acres bordering Walt Disney World with a 20-acre tropical beach and 8-acre lagoon. The resort features 433 rooms, extensive meeting space, a spa, golf courses, and multiple food and beverage outlets. The modern luxury concept empowers you to deliver personalized service with authenticity and passion, impactful experiences, and creativity in products and services. As a Turndown Attendant, you will provide evening housekeeping services, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that enhance the guest's stay.

Responsibilities
- Perform turndown duties, including adjusting bed covers, fulfilling guest preferences (e.g., filling ice buckets), and replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies.
- Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.
