Turndown Attendant - Crescent Hotel
About The Position
Become a part of our housekeeping team as a Lodge Turndown Attendant! Prepare beds, arrange complimentary items, adjust lights, and create a peaceful ambiance for our guests. This role involves following all procedures and guidelines for a thorough room cleaning, taking notes efficiently to provide specific guest preferences, neatly turning down beds and placing complimentary items for guest rooms, maintaining housekeeping supply carts to make sure they are properly stocked at the end of each shift, and reporting any damage or broken items to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Assistance Executive Housekeeper.
Requirements
- Prior cleaning experience.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Ability to use a Smartphone.
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to stand/walk for longer periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Following all procedures and guidelines for a thorough room cleaning.
- Taking notes efficiently to provide specific guest preferences. These preferences are reported to the Housekeeper Supervisor.
- Neatly turning down beds and placing complimentary items for guest rooms.
- Maintaining housekeeping supply carts to make sure they are properly stocked at the end of each shift.
- Reporting any damage or broken items to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Assistance Executive Housekeeper.
