About The Position

Evenings at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Seattle are when the magic really settles in — and our Turndown Attendants are a big part of why. In this role, you'll be the quiet force behind a guest's perfect end to the day: refreshed linens, a tidied space, and those little details that turn a hotel room into a retreat. It's attentive, behind-the-scenes work that makes a very visible difference.

Requirements

• A genuine care for guests — their comfort, safety, and security are always top of mind.
• A sharp eye for detail and a high standard for cleanliness and presentation.
• The ability to work efficiently and independently while managing a full room assignment.
• Physical stamina to stay on your feet and moving throughout your shift.
• A flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
• A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Turn down beds and replace all soiled linen with fresh
• Tidy and refresh the bathroom, including replacing glassware
• Flag any maintenance issues or unusual findings to the Housekeeping team
• Review the on-call list each evening to stay ahead of next-day needs
• Bring genuine warmth and friendliness to every guest interaction, however brief
• Pitch in wherever the team needs you — flexibility is the name of the game
