We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Turndown Attendant to join our Housekeeping team in a full-time, year-round position. This role is responsible for providing evening turndown service and refreshing guest rooms according to White Elephant’s luxury standards, ensuring each room feels welcoming, comfortable, and beautifully prepared for the evening.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping or related hospitality experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional cleanliness
Ability to work independently and remain motivated throughout the shift
Friendly, helpful, and guest-focused attitude
Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
Professional, dependable, flexible, and self-motivated
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Provide evening turndown service according to established White Elephant standards
Remove used towels and replace them with fresh linens according to the designated room setup
Replace soiled bed linens as needed and professionally turn down beds
Place turndown amenities, cards, bathrobes, and other designated items in their proper locations
Refresh ice buckets, trays, and glassware
Tidy and refresh guest rooms, ensuring every detail is ready for the guest’s return
Deliver warm, attentive, and professional guest service
Complete daily assignments and accurately record all serviced rooms
Identify and report maintenance concerns, damages, shortages, or security issues
Respond promptly and professionally to reasonable guest requests
Communicate guest needs or concerns to the appropriate team members
Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
