About The Position

This role supports a refinery turnaround in Norco, LA, from June to September 2026. The position involves managing various reports, processing requisitions and orders in SAP, handling equipment rentals, and providing support for scheduling and invoice verification. The schedule is 5/8's, with potential for 7/12's during the turnaround period.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP for creating requisitions and ordering materials.
• Experience with Microsoft Project Scheduling.
• Ability to investigate invoices for errors or increases.
• Experience managing equipment rentals.
• Familiarity with AFE reporting.
• Experience with headcount and cost summary reporting.
• Ability to manage track overrides and timesheets.
• Experience with turnaround force reporting.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a refinery environment.
• Familiarity with Herc Truck Rental.
• Ability to assist in locating drawings.
• Experience managing project packages.

• Generate AFE Daily, Headcount, Cost Summary, and Monthly reports.
• Manage Daily Headcount and Cost Summary.
• Create Requisitions in SAP.
• Order Materials in SAP.
• Generate AFE Monthly Report.
• Upload Permit Request.
• Manage Herc Truck Rental.
• Manage Equipment Rentals.
• Manage Accruals.
• Perform Forecasting.
• Provide Microsoft Project Scheduling support.
• Offer backup and assistance for planning.
• Investigate invoices for errors or increases.
• Assist in locating drawings.
• Manage Project Packages.
• Verify and Process Track Overrides.
• Verify & Authorize Track Timesheets.
• Populate Turnaround Force Report Daily.
