About The Position

As a Turn PE, you’ll play a key role in ensuring tenant satisfaction by inspecting, repairing, and maintaining homes. You’ll proactively identify and address issues, setting the standard for our relationship with tenants through excellent service and communication.

Requirements

3+ years hands-on residential maintenance (painting, cleaning, carpentry)
Your own truck or van and your own hand tools (tool reimbursement + $0.76/mile)
Valid driver's license; live within reasonable distance of city
Background check; crawlspaces, slab houses, 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

HVAC / Electric / Plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs with a primary focus on property turnovers (“turns”)
Emphasis on general Carpentry (painting, cleaning, laying LVP, sheetrock, drywall, etc.)
Trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred but not required
Travel from home to home within your metro daily
Conduct property inspections, secure homes, and complete vacancy/wellness checks.
Handle minor pre-renovation repairs, utility inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
Manage move-in/out meetings and property turnovers.
Ability to "Turn" homes (repairing/light renovation to home from one tenant to the next) a must
Maintain and document property conditions using handheld technology (e.g., iPad, iPhone).
