About The Position

Turn is the most intense stretch of the year. One group of residents moves out, a new group moves in, and every unit in between has to go from "lived in" to "looks brand new" — fast. That's where you come in: hands-on, all-hands-on-deck work that makes a resident's day-one walk-in feel perfect.

Requirements

  • No experience required.
  • Ability to show up ready to work.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Not afraid of physical work or getting hands dirty.
  • Ability to take direction well and move fast without cutting corners.
  • Ability to be a team player and treat residents and crew with respect.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stay on feet for long stretches.
  • Ability to go up and down ladders and stairs throughout the day, including in heat and tight spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Clear out units, load dumpsters, and reset spaces to a blank slate (Trash-outs & hauling).
  • Perform make-ready tasks such as changing light bulbs, air filters, smoke detector batteries, blinds, hardware, and other minor fixes.
  • Patch, prep, and paint units and common areas.
  • Perform cleaning and detailing, including sweeping, mopping, floor care, and deep cleaning to make a unit feel new.
  • Unload, assemble, and place furniture, which may involve using Allen wrenches and lifting.
  • Maintain the property's appearance and assist with resident move-ins.
