About The Position

We are seeking a Turkish Bilingual Expert to join our team as a Contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for listening to audio clips in Turkish and evaluating the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output. You will assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines. Your assessments will be documented with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors and providing detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results. You will collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content and contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Turkish language understanding and generation. Ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality, is crucial.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Turkish, with strong command of both spoken and written language.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching.
