About The Position

Under general supervision of the Director of Fields & Grounds, the Turf & Grounds Crew will assist in the overall field maintenance, including all playing surfaces and stadium grounds. This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be available for all painting days.

Responsibilities

Assist in the field preparation for Concerts, Events, Soccer, San Diego State Football, and other College Athletics.
Organization and cleanliness of the grounds shop.
Follow explicit oral and written instructions; communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
Preparation for games and other stadium events.
Field cleanup and repair following games.
Operation of grounds equipment.
Setup and removal of grow and rain tarps.
Achieve planned objectives through completing relevant tasks and focus.
Work potential overnight field conversions & concerts.
