This involves removing air, creating an emulsion, cooking a thin sheet, and cutting to the desired size. The role also includes accomplishing room start-up procedures, filling the product line to the extruder, adjusting the steam tunnel to target product temperature, adjusting the cutter to produce target product length, and recording all measurements on the batch sheet.
