About The Position

Caliber Car Wash is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Tunnel & Lot Attendants. This role involves assisting customers throughout their car wash experience, ensuring a clean, safe, friendly, and professional environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service and comfortable working outdoors. As the primary point of contact for customers, an outgoing personality and a smile are essential.

Requirements

• Some previous work-related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Service orientation.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Mathematics skills.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Must be able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift.
• Must be able to withstand outside weather conditions.
• Must be able to twist, bend, and lift as needed.
• Availability for work, to complete work properly, and complete work on time.

Nice To Haves

• Trained as Front Lot Advisor.
• Trained as Tunnel Tech Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm, friendly, and inviting attitude.
• Assisting customers with package selection.
• Answering customer questions concerning location, price, and services.
• Assisting customers in purchasing Limitless Wash Club Plans.
• Keeping a record of sales.
• Cleaning the lot and ensuring supplies are stocked and maintained.
• Maintaining eye contact with customers.
• Ensuring the safety of customers and vehicles while in the tunnel.
• Guiding customers onto the conveyor with appropriate hand signals.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
