About The Position
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and performing high-quality tunes and waxes to ensure guests have the best possible experience with their equipment. The Tuning Tech will also assist guests with equipment repairs as needed and maintain a clean and safe work station.
Requirements
- Ability to balance a cash drawer
- 18 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with skiing and/or snowboarding and of the equipment
- Tuning experience
- Cash handling experience
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
