This role is responsible for driving the strategic planning and execution of the GU/GYN medical portfolio, transforming strategy into coordinated delivery across regions and functions. The position is based in Gaithersburg, US, and reports to the Project Management Team Leader for Global Medical Affairs. The Director will partner closely with the GU/GYN franchise lead to ensure the portfolio operates cohesively, covering areas from evidence generation and launches to scientific exchange and congress activity. The leadership provided will empower teams to deliver work efficiently with transparency, accountability, and measurable impact. Key objectives for the first year include unifying the tumor strategy across indications, establishing clear portfolio dashboards, streamlining governance and ways of working, and coaching a team of Indication Project Managers to achieve high performance, ultimately leading to faster decisions, sharper prioritization, and a consistent focus on value for patients, clinicians, and the business.
