About The Position
Responsible for accurate and efficient handling of Bag product from processing to Pack-out. In the event of absence, this position will be filled by another adequately trained Bag Processing staff member.
Requirements
- Must adhere to all corporate GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and all Food Safety policies.
- Must adhere to all Allergen control programs and procedures as applicable.
- If monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points), must be trained in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and adhere to approved HACCP plan(s).
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the accurate and efficient packaging of divisional products.
- Loading and unloading chillers
- Making boxes
- Pack-out product into master cases
- Palletizing product
- Moving product to storage via pallet jack
- Completing required paperwork accurately and honestly as applicable.
- Adhering to all corporate GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and all Food Safety policies.
- Adhering to all Allergen control programs and procedures as applicable.
- Reporting suspicious packages, activities and individuals.
- Monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points) if trained in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and adhering to approved HACCP plan(s).
