About The Position

The Tube Town Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the operation of Tube Town and ensuring the safety of guests and staff. This role involves assisting scheduled staff, performing general maintenance, overseeing lift operations for efficiency and safety, and providing excellent customer service. The supervisor will also be involved in opening and closing Tube Town, selling products, supporting ticket sellers, and preparing food items according to standard procedures while maintaining cleanliness.

Requirements

Weekend, holiday and night availability required.
Good customer service skills required.
Ability to handle a wide variety of people, questions, and situations in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Must possess a pleasant and professional manner and the ability to work well with others.
Uniform and dress code required.

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Team building and leadership.
Customer service training.

Responsibilities

Assist the staff scheduled at Tube Town and staff from other departments currently working at any one time.
General maintenance and upkeep of Tube Town.
Oversee and help facilitate best customer service practices.
Observe and supervise efficiency of lift operations daily.
Recognize potential problems within lift operations and supervise to avoid and overcome problems.
Work with tools and other equipment to assist in job duties.
Open and close Tube Town.
Sell Cascade Mountain products.
Provide support and assist Ticket sellers.
Cook/prepare menu items using Standard Operating Procedures and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain clean/sanitary conditions in work and customer areas always.
Perform other duties as described by Cascade Mountain Management.
