About The Position

Snow & Company is seeking a talented and skilled Pipe Bender to join our team! Requirements

  • Familiarity with mechanical and hydraulic tube bending equipment.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret job specifications.
  • Strong math and measurement skills.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices and PPE usage.
  • Reliability: Punctual with a strong attendance record, dependable under varying job site conditions.
  • Safety-Oriented: Committed to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine tube bending requirements.
  • Set up and operate tube bending machines, including NC and manual rotary draw benders on various materials such as steel, copper, and aluminum in multiple sizes.
  • Measure to specified dimensions using measuring tools. Meet inspection requirements per spec.
  • Adjust and maintain bending machines and related equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all phases of tube bending and fabrication.
  • Collaborate with welders, fabricators, and other tradespeople on installations and assemblies.
