TTS AI Solutions Architect
About The Position
Responsible for identifying, designing, developing, and implementing AI-enabled technology solutions to meet business requirements through team and individual efforts. The role combines software engineering, artificial intelligence, data integration, automation, and business-process understanding. The person works directly with business users to understand how work is performed, identify opportunities where technology can create value, and translate those opportunities into practical software and AI solutions. The role also requires travel to field locations to support operations and adherence to RPC policies and procedures, as well as industry and company safety policies.
Responsibilities
- Meet with business users to understand workflows, problems, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
- Identify processes that could benefit from AI, automation, software development, or improved data access.
- Research, design, develop, implement, and manage software solutions.
- Test and evaluate new programs.
- Develop software and automation for repetitive or manual business processes.
- Develop AI agents and AI-assisted workflows where appropriate.
- Identify all costs involved in the life cycle of software solutions.
- Work closely with IT program managers to understand enterprise architecture.
- Participate in the analysis and composition of requirements.
- Develop and test quality assurance procedures.
- Evaluate AI technologies and determine whether they provide business value.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify improvements and environments of software solutions.
- Go to field locations to support operations.
- Adhere to RPC policies and procedures.
- Adhere to industry and company safety policies.
