About The Position
K-12 Therapy is seeking an experienced in-home Personal Care Assistant to function as an Instructional Aide. This role will support an Autistic child attending a cyber school program. The student requires 20 hours of aide support per week during their school day. This position offers competitive pay up to $27.50 per hour plus mileage reimbursement at the federal rate. This role is ideal for a long-term Substitute Teacher and will extend through the summer and into the next school year.
Requirements
- Must have current FBI/BCI and child abuse clearances.
- Must have child abuse reporting training.
- Must have at least 60 college credits or an associate's degree.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism, is preferred.
