About The Position
K-12 Therapy is seeking an experienced in-home Personal Care Assistant to function as an Instructional Aide. This role will involve working with an Autistic child who is attending a cyber school program. The student requires approximately 30 hours of aide support per week during their school day. This position offers a starting rate of $27.00 per hour, plus reimbursement at the current federal mileage rate per mile for travel.
Requirements
- Must have current FBI/BCI and child abuse clearances.
- Must have completed child abuse reporting training.
- Must have at least 60 college credits or an associate's degree.
- Experience as an in-home Personal Care Assistant.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism.
