About The Position
Feldman, Kramer & Monaco is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our growing firm. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate planning and trust administration, with a very strong emphasis on drafting sophisticated and complex trust documents.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience.
- Strong background in drafting complex trust and estate planning documents.
- Knowledge of estate planning, trust administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft revocable, irrevocable, and other complex trust agreements.
- Prepare wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and related estate planning documents.
- Assist attorneys with advanced estate planning strategies.
- Prepare trust funding documents, deeds, assignments, and beneficiary designations.
- Coordinate document execution and maintain organized client files.
- Demonstrate empathetic communication.
- Assist with trust and estate administration as needed.
