Phillips Lytle is looking to expand its talent within its Trusts & Estates Practice Group. The group provides advice to corporate and individual clients regarding succession planning, tax planning, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in trust and estate planning, trust and estate administration, and elder law. Drafting experience (wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney) is preferred, as is experience in estate and trust administration, estate and trust accounting, estate and gift taxation, fiduciary income taxation, and Surrogate Court proceedings.
