About The Position
Carlton Fields is seeking a Trust Specialist for its Tampa office. The Trust Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Banking Trust account transactions for legal settlements, Client retainers, Petty Cash, and General bookkeeping.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a law firm
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Candidates must show initiative and have the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Candidates must demonstrate flexibility, professionalism and excellent communication skills
