Manages and develops a complex portfolio of specialty assets and large client relationships for Trust and Asset Management accounts. This role involves managing and developing new business for real estate trust and asset management relationships, providing specialty assets management and client services in accordance with governing documents, client needs, and legal regulations. The position requires providing clients with solutions to specialty assets or account problems, designing and managing assets/portfolios to meet client objectives, and conducting in-depth portfolio analysis for diversification. The Trust Real Estate Manager acts as the specialty assets management representative for internal partners, focusing on service delivery and new business development in a specific geographic area, and supports Wealth Team's business development activities to achieve sales goals. The role also involves staying current with industry developments and regulations, potentially advising junior asset managers, and representing the Bank on relevant boards or committees. Key responsibilities include analyzing legal documents, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, corresponding with various parties interested in specialty assets, advising management on asset administration, and representing the company in business activities. The role may involve mentoring junior staff, documenting property records, directing the collection of asset sale proceeds, producing new business proposals, and reviewing financing documents. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local banking and industry-related laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, is mandatory.
