About The Position
Established and respected law firm seeking a Trust & Estate Attorney to handle sophisticated and diverse legal matters. The attorney will assist clients with important decisions involved in protecting their families and preparing for the future, handle all aspects of estate planning and trust and estate administration, address federal estate and gift taxation issues, draft a full range of estate planning documents, and engage in business succession planning, charitable planning, probate, and trust administration. The position offers a collegial and flexible environment with support for mentoring and business development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Trust & Estate experience.
- Excellent academic qualifications.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Must be admitted to practice in NH.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with important decisions involved in protecting their families and preparing for the future.
- Work in the Trust & Estate department handling all aspects of estate planning and trust and estate administration.
- Address federal estate and gift taxation issues related to estate planning.
- Draft a full range of estate planning documents.
- Engage in business succession planning, charitable planning, probate, and trust administration.
