This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on operational leadership, coaching employees, driving accountability, improving workflows, and supporting a strong culture of compliance within a fast-paced financial services environment. At NDTCO, we help clients take control of their retirement investments through self-directed accounts that allow investing beyond traditional stocks and mutual funds. Our clients invest in real estate, private equity, startups, and alternative assets — and our Trust Compliance team plays a critical role in ensuring accounts remain compliant, accurate, and operationally sound. We are continuing to grow and evolve, making this an exciting opportunity for a leader who wants to make a visible impact on team development, operational processes, and overall organizational success. The Trust Compliance Team Lead is responsible for supporting the daily operations, workflow management, and development of the Trust Compliance team while maintaining a strong understanding of trust account administration and compliance responsibilities. This role serves as a working leader who provides guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight to team members while helping ensure trust activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This individual will play a key role in employee development, process improvement, accountability, and maintaining a collaborative, positive team environment. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about helping others succeed.
