About The Position

Tibbetts Lumber is seeking goal-oriented individuals who are proven leaders to work as production personnel in our Truss Plant on the 2nd shift. Production personnel are responsible for setting up and building wood roof and floor trusses for construction, along with other assigned duties. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM. Applicants should be team-oriented, motivated, possess excellent attendance, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must be able to use a hammer
• Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses and staple guns
• Prior carpentry experience helpful
