Requirements

Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Able to function effectively as part of a high-performance team.
Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality-centered environment.
Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in transportation of oversize and pilot escort.
Clean MVR and current medical card.
Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values.
Deliver materials to commercial and residential customers including loading and unloading of materials, pulling material/building loads, truck maintenance and record keeping.
Inspect truck before and after trips and submit report indicating truck condition.
Maintain truck log according to state and federal regulations.
Safely navigating heavy construction and residential job sites.
Follow written and verbal directions and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean working environment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook, etc.
Perform other duties as required.
