About The Position

Richco Structures, in Sheboygan, WI, is seeking motivated candidates for their Truss Plant. This role involves moving precut lumber, assembling trusses according to blueprint specifications, and operating machinery. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus and 40 hours of vacation within 30 days. We provide an outstanding benefit package effective the 1st of the month following hire date, including paid holidays, paid time off, and bonus program eligibility. A $1.50 shift premium is offered for 2nd and 3rd Shift positions.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per work shift.
• Ability to bend, twist, squat and reach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player with excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Move precut lumber to work area by cart.
• Lift and lay precut lumber onto building tables.
• Follow blueprint specifications to make a completed truss.
• Set jig plates on table.
• Hammer connector plates.
• Run truss through stacking machine.
• Label and band trusses.
• Utilize hammers, saws pneumatic nail and staple guns to connect parts.
