About The Position

ENGINEERED BUILDING SOLUTIONS LLC is a manufacturer of high quality building components including metal roofing & siding, laminated wood columns, wood floor & roof trusses, and timber accent trusses. Shift & Schedule 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM to 3:30PM Overtime available. Paid at time and a half after 40 hours. WOOD COMPONENT FABRICATION Assemble precut wooden parts using materials and tools provided Stage materials for component assembly Lifting and placing precut lumber onto assembly table Verify dimensions of precut parts for accuracy Operate hand and power tools (hammer, tape measure, saws, presses, pneumatic nailers) Safely lift and move 50+ lbs regularly Follow production documents and safety procedures work closely with a team in a fast-paced, high-production environment Follow supervisor direction and maintain excellent attendance No matter who you are or where you call home, you add something powerful to any team you're on. Requirements

  • Team Player with a strong work ethic and can follow instructions well
  • Willingness and drive to learn
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Comfortable with physical work and working on your feet all day
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 75lb and bend, twist, squat, and reach throughout each work shift.
  • Excellent attendance and work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Carpentry, assembly, or construction experience is a plus - but not required
