We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Truss Assemblers in our Spanaway manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling roof and floor trusses while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Whether you're new to the industry or have previous manufacturing, construction, or carpentry experience, we provide opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in carpentry, construction, manufacturing, assembly, or woodworking.
  • Experience working with hand tools, power tools, or production equipment.
  • No prior experience is required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble roof and floor trusses according to specifications and production requirements.
  • Position and secure lumber and truss components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and manufacturing equipment.
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials to exact specifications.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and identify any defects.
  • Operate equipment used in fastening and assembly processes.
  • Work at various stations throughout the production process as business needs require.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
