About The Position
Corle Building Systems, Inc. is hiring a Trumpf Laser Machine Operator for its full-time production team in Imler, Pennsylvania. This is a first-shift manufacturing position with a salary range of $18.00–$20.00. The role involves operating and monitoring multiple pieces of equipment, completing work orders, preparing equipment for operation, and coordinating with team members to support safe, efficient production and product quality. The position requires light lifting of 20–25 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment to ensure quality production and minimize unplanned stops.
- Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion.
- Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate with team members and support teams to maintain continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels while minimizing wasted time and materials.
