1-3 years of supervisor experience

Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

Supervises activities of Plant including shipping, receiving, operations, safety and environmental
Must collaborate with Operations Manager and Plant Manager to ensure successful accomplishment of plant goals
Must be able to maintain and be familiar with safety and environmental concerns
Manage a team of CMC drivers along with a fleet of external carriers
Manage relationships with external carriers / negotiate freight rates with external carriers
Manage transportation assets to make sure our equipment meets DOT standards along with our safety standards
