About The Position

As a Spotter at Dutch Farms, you will be in communication with our dock and clerks to coordinate the backing in and pulling out of both tractor trailers and box trucks. You will help to keep our yard organized, and our equipment fueled on site. Required to chock tires and move loading ramps in place as needed. The schedule includes being off every Saturday, Sunday & Tuesday. Monday hours are 9am to 7:30pm, and Wednesday through Friday hours are 12pm to 10:30pm.

Requirements

Must have valid class A Commercial Driver’s License
Able to safely and efficiently back in trailers and trucks
Must be able to effectively communicate with dock and office staff with a radio
Able to maintain good professional communication in a diverse team environment.
Prepared and able to work in all outside conditions
Inspect and complete thorough pre and post trips on all equipment.
Maintain all necessary and accurate load paperwork
English Language Proficiency (ELP) required in compliance with DOT regulations.
Works with a minimal amount of supervision and is a productive member of the team by adhering to all Dutch Farms policies.
Excellent attention to detail and common sense in daily activities.
Must be able to push, pull, lift, and rotate.
Physical Demand Limit (PDL) generally is at 60-70 lbs. with occasional PDL at 150 lbs.
