The Trucking Coordinator will exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while coordinating trailer rotations, tracking trailers, easels, and trucks, and managing transportation expenses and schedules. This role involves coordinating tie-down procedures, quality control approval schedules, and arranging transportation for various materials and equipment. The coordinator will also assist in loading diagram development, facilitate group communications, and work with the Engineering Department to understand erection schedules and global demand for trucks, trailers, and equipment. Additionally, the role requires communicating repair specifics to the Maintenance Supervisor, providing transportation services for field operations, creating job folders, calculating global equipment demands, and coordinating dispatch for multiple plants. The position also involves other duties as assigned, with key interfaces including trucking leadership, engineering, production, quality control, labor and field workforces, vendors, dispatchers, and truck drivers. Key metrics include timely and accurate invoice processing and accurate scheduling data uploads.
