About The Position

The Truck Wash Technician ensures all tractors entering the terminal for various reasons (trade, lease to owner operator, abandonment, etc.) are in the cleanest possible condition, both inside and out, including the engine. This role is crucial for preparing trucks for their next phase of operation or ownership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to perform physical requirements including sitting, standing, bending, stooping, lifting, and physical dexterity.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cleaning products is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Wash the outside of trucks.
• Steam spray the engine.
• Clean the inside of the cab and sleeper, including installing a new mattress.
• Package the driver's personal belongings if the driver is unable to perform this task.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the wash bay floors, hoses, and drains.
• Perform other duties as required.
