Requirements
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
- Basic math skills (both Metric and Standard).
- A problem-solver who can follow procedures and think on your feet.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including hot, cold, and wet conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Wash and disinfect company and external trailers, ensuring compliance with USDA and internal standards.
- Operate our Bio-Dryer and separator systems safely and effectively.
- Follow detailed biosecurity protocols for disease prevention.
- Order and stock cleaning products and materials.
- Be ready to travel (with expenses paid) to support operations and receive training at other facilities.
- Step in for the lead technician during absences.
- Be a responsible team member and making Safety your number one priority.
