About The Position

Meijer is seeking an entry-level team member for a Truck Unloader role. The posting describes opportunities to gain exposure to retail tasks and additional services provided by the store, while contributing to customer service and store operations. It also describes Courtesy Team Member duties, including helping with carts, cleanliness, returns, snow removal, and work across multiple store departments. Requirements

Be highly organized with a keen sense for details.
Have strong listening and communication skills.
Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products or using equipment.
Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
Coordinate and collect trash from the parking lot, lawn, and inside the store.
Safely use snow removal equipment to remove snow.
Handle perishable and salvage returns.
Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
Work with the service desk, store entrance, check lanes, and parking lot areas.
Work with Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral departments.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
