About The Position

American Lumper Services is seeking motivated individuals for its Chino warehouse to manually load and unload containers. The role includes sorting retail merchandise by store number and building, wrapping, and staging pallets. Warehouse experience is preferred. Employees also prepare orders for delivery or pickup, receive and process warehouse stock, maintain a clean and safe work area, report discrepancies, and follow service standards and applicable procedures. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pay is $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

• Must undergo a background check.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Must possess basic reading and math skills.
• Must have an eye for detail.
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds consistently.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must frequently stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl.
• Steel-toe shoes are mandatory.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time-management, and organizational abilities.

• Warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload containers.
• Sort retail merchandise by store number.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule by loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
• Receive and process warehouse stock by picking, unloading, labeling, storing, and breaking down totes.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Report discrepancies.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
