This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. The position also involves engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer survey, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role requires participation in stocking and planogram processes, merchandise recovery, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is essential for compliance. Team members are expected to interact respectfully, maintain a positive attitude, and serve as role models. This position may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
