About The Position

This is a seasonal position focused on supporting store operations through truck unloading and merchandise management. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and product location, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key responsibilities include completing truck unloading, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with various store processes to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.

Requirements

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Ensure customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties.
• Maintain store recovery standards.
• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go-back process and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner.
• Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Other duties as assigned.
