About The Position

Capital Ford of Charlotte is looking for a solid Truck Technician who knows their way around trucks and diesel systems and takes pride in doing the job right. This isn’t entry-level. We need someone with certifications and real experience, and Ford truck experience is a big plus. If you’re an experienced Truck Tech looking for a stable place to work where your skills are valued, we’d like to talk!

Requirements

• Diesel/truck-related certifications required (ASE, OEM, or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Truck Technician
• Ford truck and diesel experience strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing truck and diesel systems
• Performing maintenance and more advanced mechanical repairs
• Using proper diagnostic tools and following OEM procedures
• Turning quality work efficiently and correctly the first time
• Working as part of a professional, calm and productive service team
