This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. The team member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The position involves participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, as well as merchandise recovery and maintenance. Additionally, the role supports shrink and safety programs, adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and interacts positively with colleagues, promoting the organization's vision and values.
