Requirements

• Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Able to lift 50–75+ lbs repeatedly
• Interested in growing into leadership
• Valid driver's license and 21+
• A valid DOT Medical Certification is required for commercial vehicle driving. We arrange and cover the cost.

Nice To Haves

• Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus, but attitude and potential matter most.

Responsibilities

• Create great customer experiences and deliver "WOW" service
• Provide estimates and close on-site sales
• Safely remove, lift, carry, and load items up to 75+ lbs
• Drive and operate box trucks (training provided)
• Work as part of a fast-paced team
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development
